Here's how it works. You provide us with the SEED that UO Assist creates when you are logged into your UO account. Then we can meet at most any bank to pay for your registration in UO gold. Once we have both the gold payment and the UOA seed we will submit for your registration on your behalf. It usually takes just a couple of hours for your order to be processed. Once the order has been fully processed by Tugsoft we will send you your key via email.

Has your UOA been banned? We can help. We are the only broker team that has the ability to unban registration. This service does of course have a higher cost than normal registrations. But we can do it. The unbanning of accounts works the same as a normal registration with one exception. The ban on your account is actually in the software it's self. So even after you are sent a new registration it will not be active until the next update is published to the application. The average time between updates is about 30 days. Please be aware that we do not have the ability to rush the updates or make them happen sooner. Also be aware that no refunds are given for registrations if you decide that you are tired of waiting for the update. :)
