To apply the game time code to you account, you would first visit www.ultima-registration.com . Enter your user ID and password and it will take you to the front page of you account. Near the bottom of the page, there will be an option to redeem a game time certificate. Click on that gray button and enter in the code. Then click next and the screen should tell you that you successfully applied the code to you account. Once a code has been applied to an account, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another account.
